Install AirPilot AI Support in Plugin Management, paste the one-time Connect URL, and let the plugin self-pair automatically.
Use Import Knowledge Base from the vendor portal to pull your latest panel docs, then add manual AirPilot-only articles where needed.
Escalated conversations can be taken over directly in AirPilot. Human agents can reply, resume AI, or close the conversation without Telegram.
Owners and managers can invite agents into the portal so multiple teammates can manage escalations and customer chat together.
Open the chat widget in the bottom-right corner and ask about plugin installation, pairing, billing, knowledge import, or vendor-team setup.
